Eli's eating solid foods again, which is reassuring because while he was taking his medicine, he wanted nothing to do with anything that came to him via spoon. However, his appetite does not include all foods, specifically yogurt. We're supposed to be giving him yogurt to replace the "good" bacteria that was destroyed by the antibiotics. Eli doesn't feel that this is necessary, as he seems to HATE yogurt. Taking the antibiotics has taught him to keep his mouth shut, no matter how pissed off he is, a quality that I have to admire, no matter how annoying.
